What ports do I need to open for my Hub?

- Most customers do not need this information. It is suitable for networks with firewalls or other specific security measures. If you are in a corporate or other enterprise environment, you may need to provide this information to your IT staff.

- For outbound, it is ports 80, 443, 8883, and UDP port 123 (NTP), and does not require an incoming connection.

- In addition, you can get MAC address information in the app during setup. It appears as soon as the Hub is connected to the mobile device during configuration.
