The Hub then relays the data to the cloud through local Wi-Fi (2.4 GHz only) or Ethernet, so you can monitor your temperature remotely and receive alerts on your phone. Introduction ======================================================== The MS1 is a wireless temperature sensor with an external probe, used to measure the ambient temperature in spaces like refrigerators and freezers. Certain customers wish to remotely monitor their sensors, hence they integrate the MOCREO Hub. Troubleshooting ======================================================== **Sensor is offline** - If you use H3 / H5: Open the app, click on the offline Sensor card, and on the Sensor details page, click "Hub is not connected" to consult the FAQ. - If you use H1 / H2: Open the app, click on the grey Sensor card, and follow the prompts to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.
