Sensor status light flashes frequently

- When using a temperature probe sensor, if you find that the sensor status light is flashes frequently, it is likely due to poor contact us(contact@mocreo.com) between the probe wire plug and the signal box or the presence of dust on the probe wire plug. You can follow these tips for troubleshooting:

  - Unplug the probe cable

  - Wipe the plug of the probe wire with a towel.

- Re-insert the probe cable, wait for up to 8 seconds for the sensor status light to disappear.

- If the above operation does not solve the problem and the sensor status light is still flashing frequently, please contact us(contact@mocreo.com).
