How to remove a sensor from the application?

• Here is the method for removing a sensor from the app:

  • Open the app to the main screen (the screen with “MOCREO Sensor” at the top), then tap the sensor card you want to remove.

  • The next screen will be the data detail graph. Tap the button in the upper right corner.

  • The next screen will be the configuration screen. Scroll to the bottom and you will find the delete button.

  • If you’re using SM1/SD1/SW1/ST1/ST2/ST3/ST4 sensors, you need to keep the Hub online when deleting the sensor. Otherwise, the sensor will still return to your homepage when you recover the Hub online.

  • If you’re using SW2/ST5/ST6/ST7 sensor, just tap the delete button for the sensor.
