What is the MAC and IP address of the Hub?

• MAC address of the Hub

  • You can find it on the router’s device information page.

  • Look for the SN of the device at the bottom of the Hub

  • The MAC address of Wi-Fi is the same as SN, and the MAC address of Ethernet is SN+3

  • For example, C44F33383271, then the MAC address for Wi-Fi is: C4:4F:33:38:32:71; The MAC address for Ethernet: c4:4f:33:38:32:74.

  • The IP address of the Hub can be seen on the left menu of the APP >>> the Hubs>>>Settings page.
