Can I calibrate my MOCREO sensor?
However, we generally do not recommend that you calibrate, because our MOCREO Sensor is strictly inspected and tested before leaving the factory, and the measurement error of the Sensor is usually within ±0.9°F (±0.5°C). At the same time, we attach the sensor chip manual for your reference.
If you have any other questions, please contact us(email@example.com)
First, you need an accurate temperature and/or humidity reference. Each value is calibrated separately, and you can choose to calibrate one, both, or none as needed. The accuracy of a non-calibrated sensor is set out in the complete specifications.
Calibration is only used to correct small variations (usually calibrations values are around 9°F (5°C) or about 5% relative humidity). If you find larger differences during calibration, please contact us(firstname.lastname@example.org) us, as this indicates a problem with the calibration process or your sensor. We are happy to help resolve the issue.
The following situations may cause larger temperature/humidity differences:
Sensor hardware damage (verification method: when you have multiple sensors, you can place multiple sensors in the same environment and measure differences of ±1.8°F (±1°C) is normal)
