Can I calibrate my MOCREO sensor?

  • However, we generally do not recommend that you calibrate, because our MOCREO Sensor is strictly inspected and tested before leaving the factory, and the measurement error of the Sensor is usually within ±0.9°F (±0.5°C). At the same time, we attach the sensor chip manual for your reference.

  • Yes.

  • First, you need an accurate temperature and/or humidity reference. Each value is calibrated separately, and you can choose to calibrate one, both, or none as needed. The accuracy of a non-calibrated sensor is set out in the complete specifications.

  • Calibration is only used to correct small variations (usually calibrations values are around 9°F (5°C) or about 5% relative humidity). If you find larger differences during calibration, please contact us( us, as this indicates a problem with the calibration process or your sensor. We are happy to help resolve the issue.

  • The following situations may cause larger temperature/humidity differences:

    • Sensor hardware damage (verification method: when you have multiple sensors, you can place multiple sensors in the same environment and measure differences of ±1.8°F (±1°C) is normal)
