Why does my ST4 Sensor show that it is online, but the monitoring data cannot be updated normally?

      1. Remove both external temperature probes from the two sensors.

      2. Wipe them with a damp cloth followed by a dry cloth, and then swap and insert them into the other sensor bodies.
