I changed the battery in the sensor, why is the sensor still not updating data?

• You may need to operate the sensor

• First, you need to bring the sensor close to the Hub (ST7 sensors do not need this operation, click here for ST7 sensor troubleshooting).

  • Use a paperclip to poke the sensor, you will hear a beep from the Hub.

  • Within 5-10 seconds, the sensor card will blink and resume data update and the sensor card will display yellow.

If the above method does not work, please pair the sensor again:

1. Use a paperclip to poke and confirm the sensor status light is flashing. If the sensor status light is flashing frequently, proceed to the next step. If the sensor status light is flashing only once, then use a paperclip to long press the sensor needle hole for 5 seconds until the sensor status light flashes frequently.

2. Go to Home>>>Add>>>Sensor>>>Select Hub to bind.

3. The Hub will emit a beep. Follow the screen prompts to operate the sensor.
