How to change the Wi-Fi network of the Hub?
Sometimes, the Hub may be moved to a new location with a different Wi-Fi network, or in some cases, the network router has been changed and the network name and/or password is no longer the same. In these cases, you will need to set up the Hub again.
Please refer to this Setup New Hub, follow the steps for setting up a new Hub. This will require you to select a new Wi-Fi network or enter a new Wi-Fi password when prompted.
Tip
If the network password is not accepted or the network does not appear, return to the main screen of the application and then try setting it up again following the troubleshooting steps in this Setup Hub Troubleshooting .
