How to set up my new MOCREO Hub?
The following tips can help you set up a new Hub (or pair it):
Make sure you have the latest version of the MOCREO Sensor app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Confirm that you have successfully registered an account and successfully logged in to the app. (If you do not know how to register an account, click here)
After successfully logging in to the app, remove the Hub and power adapter from the packaging and power the Hub.
Confirm that your Wi-Fi network is using 2.4GHz or “dual-band” mode (2.4GHz and 5GHz).If you’re unsure whether you have 2.4GHz. Enter the router’s settings page to see if Wi-Fi is 2.4GHz or “dual-band” mode (2.4GHz and 5GHz).
Place the Hub close to the router so that the Hub can better receive signals from the router. And then start the Hub and erect the antenna.
Open the MOCREO Sensor app to the home screen, click on the top right corner of the home screen “+” to select the Hub.
You will see the Hub using any of the two network types to connect to the server.
Connect to Wi-Fi
Jump to the page, follow the prompts to operate, press the Hub button for 5 seconds until the blue light comes on.
Enable Bluetooth and location permissions.

Begin scanning for devices, then jump to the Wi-Fi selection list interface.
Select the Wi-Fi you want to connect to.
Jump to the password input page, enter the correct Wi-Fi password and click “Connect.”
Then jump to the screen to start connecting to the network

Connect to bind account
If you encounter obstacles during the Setup process, click Hub Troubleshooting to view troubleshooting solutions.
Connect to Ethernet
Click “Connect to Ethernet”
Jump to the page, follow the prompts to operate, press the Hub button for 5 seconds until the blue light comes on.
The screen displays the Hubs that are on the same network as your phone.
Select the Hub, and then a pop-up Connect appears
Click Connect, a successful connection will jump to the screen, prompt you that the Hub connection is successful.
