After successfully pairing the Hub, the home page will show the sensor cards in the kit, showing gray at this time means that the sensor is already bound to the Hub but offline. (Please refer to for Hub setup methods)
Use a pin to poke the sensor’s pinhole, within 5s~10s the sensor card will blink. The data will be updated and the sensor card will show yellow.
I have tried, but the homepage does not show cards or unable to restore the sensor online. What should I do?
