What should I do when my sensor fail to work?(ST7 Sensor)
it is important to clarify that the ST7 Sensor is a device that operates locally, and the real-time data displayed or controlled through the mobile app relies on the BLE signal transmission between your phone and the ST7 on-device. If your mobile device, which you use to access the MOCREO Sensor App, is too far away from the ST7 Sensor during daily usage, it may result in the device being unable to detect the Sensor (Sensor card showing in gray), thereby preventing you from establishing a connection with the Sensor when attempting to access the Sensor details page.
The following are the suggested solutions:
First, ensure that the ST7 Sensor has power,You can check the current battery status of the ST7 Sensor by performing the following steps: “Turn off the ST7 Sensor power switch for 3 seconds + Turn on the ST7 Sensor power switch again.” Observe if the ST7 Sensor emits a short beep, which indicates whether the battery level is too low for it to be operational. (If the battery is depleted, you can purchase a replacement battery of the type: 9V 6LR61.)
If the Sensor has power, you can try turning off the “Bluetooth” on your mobile phone, then turning it back on, and place the ST7 Sensor in close proximity to your phone to see if the Sensor can establish a successful connection.
Note:
It is important to note that if you are using multiple mobile devices to access the MOCREO Sensor App, the ST7 Sensor can only be connected to one mobile device at a time. If you use one mobile device to access the Sensor details page through the app, the ST7 Sensor cannot be connected to another mobile device simultaneously.
