Why did my sensor card show “unknown” ?

  • If your sensor card displays “unknown,” it means that your Hub has not successfully uploaded sensor data. Please try the following steps:

    • Use a paperclip to press the button on the sensor to report data.

    • Check that the temperature probe is fully inserted into the sensor.

    • Change the Hub network environment, such as pairing with a mobile device hotspot.
