Why did my sensor card show “unknown” ?
If your sensor card displays “unknown,” it means that your Hub has not successfully uploaded sensor data. Please try the following steps:
Use a paperclip to press the button on the sensor to report data.
Check that the temperature probe is fully inserted into the sensor.
Change the Hub network environment, such as pairing with a mobile device hotspot.
