The warranty period will be extended from 1 year to 2 years, aiming to provide additional protection for customer products. You can easily obtain MOCREO’s extended warranty service in a few simple steps.
Extended Warranty Period
MOCREO offers a 1-year warranty on all products from the date of delivery. By participating in the extended warranty plan and successfully applying, the warranty period will be extended from the original 1 year to 2 years.
All services during the extended warranty period also comply with the original warranty policy.
Applicability
Our extended warranty policy only applies to MOCREO products purchased through our official store as well as Amazon.
Note: Only customers who have applied for an extended warranty and received a confirmation email can enjoy the extended warranty period.

If you purchase through the official website store, you can share your experience on social media.
② Send us an email to apply for an extended warranty
③ In 24 hours, you will receive a confirmation email confirming the successful extension of the warranty.
In Which Cases the Extended Warranty Does Not Apply
The MOCREO Extended Warranty Plan applies to the same coverage as the Warranty Policy, for more information, please refer to the Warranty Policy.
