Shipping Policy

Shipping Fee

The shipping fee is calculated based on the actual weight of the product package you ordered and the country of delivery. Actual shipping charges will be shown in your cart.

Shipping Range

We ship worldwide.
(Note: This will not be possible due to factors such as local laws, hazardous materials, large or oddly shaped items, or certain types of addresses that some carriers cannot deliver to.)

Lead Time

Products will be shipped within 3 working days after purchase unless noted when placing the order or you receive an email notification that the item in your order has been delayed. We do not process orders or ship on weekends or holidays. During the holiday shopping season, delivery may take longer.

Delivery Time

The United States: 3~4 days

Outside The United States: 5~7 days

Product Inventory

Generally, our products can be ordered directly meaning we have sufficient inventory, but when the product you purchased is out of stock or cannot be shipped in time, we will promptly send a notification via email.

After shipment, the MOCREO team will update the tracking number to you via email.

If all items are purchased on the same day, we will do our best to ensure they are all delivered at the same time. Products purchased on different dates are less likely to be delivered together.

Sorry, we are unable to change shipping information once the product is on its way.
