Our warranty policy only applies to MOCREO products purchased through our official store as well as Amazon. If you purchased MOCREO products from other platforms or channels, please contact the corresponding platform directly for further assistance.

Warranty Period

All products purchased from our official store, as well as Amazon, come with a 1-year warranty (starts on the date of delivery of the products to the customer) and lifetime technical support service.

MOCREO provides buyers with a limited warranty, and replacement and repair services that occur during normal use will be free of charge.

The product may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days from the date of delivery (Please confirm the delivery date through the official website order number or Amazon order number). Once the item arrives at the warehouse, please contact customer service to begin the refund process.

The warranty start date is confirmed based on the date the ordered product is delivered to the customer.

MOCREO provides a 1-year warranty for all products. If you participate in the extended warranty plan, the warranty period will be extended from 1 year to 2 years.
