The H5Pro-LW1D combines a 2-inch LCD Hub with two IP67 LW1 water leak sensors. Place the sensors near a water heater, sink, washing machine, sump pump or other leak-prone area. The Hub keeps system status visible at a glance while remote alerts help you respond when you are away.

FAQ
Does each LW1 sensor connect directly to Wi-Fi?
No. The LW1 sensors communicate with the H5Pro Hub through LoRa. The Hub connects to the internet through 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi or Ethernet.
Do I need a subscription?
No subscription is required for the MOCREO app, email alerts or supported SMS alerts. SMS alerts are available for US phone numbers only.
Where should I place the sensors?
Place them flat on the floor near likely leak sources such as water heaters, sinks, washing machines, sump pumps, toilets or basement plumbing. Avoid fully enclosed metal spaces because metal can reduce wireless range.
Can the system stop a leak automatically?
No. The kit detects water and sends alerts; it does not shut off the water supply.
Will alerts work if the internet is offline?
The local sensor and Hub alarms can still sound. App, email and SMS alerts require the Hub to be online.
Can I add more sensors later?
Yes. The H5Pro supports compatible MOCREO LoRa and BLE sensors, up to 100 sensors per Hub.
