Know When a Door or Window Is Left Open
The MOCREO LD1 is an add-on magnetic contact sensor for monitoring doors, windows and cabinets. Receive open/close notifications and set a door-left-open timer in the MOCREO Smart App.
Compatible Hub required, sold separately: LD1 works with MOCREO H5-Pro and H6-Pro Hubs. It does not pair directly with a phone, and it does not work with H5-Lite, H6-Lite, H3, H2, H1B or third-party Hubs.

- Simple two-piece installation: Mount the sensor and magnet side by side on the frame and moving panel, then add the device by scanning its QR code in the app.

Placement & Limitations
Use indoors, away from rain, condensation and direct sunlight. LD1 monitors magnetic contact status; it does not measure temperature, detect motion, record video or prevent intrusion. It is not a substitute for a certified security or life-safety system. Remote alerts depend on an online compatible Hub and working internet connection.

Which Hub does LD1 require?
A MOCREO H5-Pro or H6-Pro Hub, sold separately. H5-Lite, H6-Lite, H3, H2, H1B and third-party Hubs are not compatible.
Can LD1 connect directly to my phone by Bluetooth?
No. LD1 uses LoRa to communicate with a compatible Hub. Add it in the MOCREO Smart App by scanning its QR code.
Can I get an alert if a door stays open?
Yes. Set a door-left-open timer in the app to receive an alert when the opening exceeds your chosen duration.
Does it measure refrigerator temperature?
No. LD1 monitors open/close status only. Use a suitable temperature sensor if temperature monitoring is also needed.
Can it be installed outside?
Use LD1 indoors. Keep the sensor and magnet away from weather, condensation and extreme conditions.
Is a monthly subscription required?
No subscription is required for the sensor’s app features. A compatible Hub and internet connection are required for remote access.
