Does NS1 require a MOCREO Hub?
No. NS1 connects directly to 2.4 GHz WiFi and works with the MOCREO Smart App without a Hub.
Does NS1 support 5 GHz WiFi?
No. NS1 supports 2.4 GHz WiFi only; 5 GHz WiFi is not supported.
Can NS1 monitor humidity?
No. NS1 is a temperature-only monitor. It should not be described as a hygrometer or humidity sensor.
Where should I place the probe?
Place the probe where air can circulate, avoid direct contact with food or objects, and keep it away from fans or freezer walls to reduce measurement interference.
Does NS1 have a buzzer?
New-version NS1 hardware supports a built-in buzzer. Previously produced NS1 hardware does not support the built-in buzzer.
Can I export temperature data?
Yes. NS1 supports up to 2 years of temperature history and CSV export through the MOCREO Smart App / Cloud.
